Susan G. Cotton

Friend to many, Susan G. Cotton died peacefully on Nov. 8, 2017 at 95 years old. Susan is survived by her four children?Jean (Mark), Marcia (Will), Richard (Brenda), and Dale (Annu). She was predeceased by her husband, Richard in 1978 and her sister Janet in 2010. She also leaves behind her grandchildren?Rachel, Kim, Laura Beth, Emily, Nick, and Beca, and her great-grandchildren, Roman and Reese Banks, and Graham Moyer.

She cherished her family, vowing to treat each of her children equally. She made homes in Forest Home, Pine Tree Rd. and then she moved into Longview when she "wanted more free time" and less home maintenance. She made many friends along the way. She was an inspiration to us for her active lifestyle and healthy living all the way into her 95th year.

We are celebrating Susan's life on Saturday, November 11, 2017. The service will be at 11:00 AM. at the Forest Home Chapel, 222 Forest Home Dr., Ithaca, NY. The Chapel was dear to her for 65 years.
