Allison Katherine Cowan, 19 year old daughter of Rick and Jill Davis Cowan of Ithaca, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at the Cayuga Medical Center.
A celebration of Allison's life will be held on Friday, April 24, 2015 at 3 pm at BOCES on Warren Rd. A complete obituary will follow.
