Anne G. Sokol of Ithaca, NY and formerly of Merrick L.I. left this earth on May 26th. She leaves behind her loving wife of 28 years, Mary Ann Walters Sokol; sons Devin George and Jeremiah Glen; brother Steven Sokol (Carol) of New York, NY: her friend and sister-in-law, Patty D'urso (John) of New Hyde Park L.I.; Mother-in-law Marie Finn of Glen Oaks L.I. She was predeceased by her parents, Irving and Florance Sokol. She was a loving aunt to forty neices and nephews. Anne served in the U.S. Army nurse Corp and was a proud friend of Bills. She was an R.N. for over 35 years.
Graveside services will be held on Sunday, May 29th at lO:30am at Mt.
Ararat cemetary Farmingdale, Long Island. In lieu of flowers, please
consider donations to the Cancer Resourse Center of Ithaca, NY.
