Dorothy Ellen Hulbert

Dorothy Ellen (Frisbee) Hulbert, 85,of Newfield, passed away peacefully, on March 11, 2026 at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA.

Dorothy was born on September 19, 1941 in Candor, NY to Charles and Edna (Terry) Frisbee.

Throughout her life, Dottie was known for her beautiful flower gardens, her love of cooking, and the care she showed to family and friends. Many in the community knew her as “the Tupperware lady”. She enjoyed being involved in her TOPS weight-loss group and running her home daycare. She especially loved decorating her home for the holidays and creating a welcoming space for others. Dottie took great pride in her appearance and was often dressed to the nines, wearing beautiful jewelry and stylish outfits wherever she went.

Dottie is survived by her children, Tina Dinsmore, Todd (Mary) Hulbert, Thad (Dana) Hulbert, and Tonya Hulbert; her siblings Charles Frisbee, Loretta Hoyt, and Elaine Bastian; her grandchildren Andrew (Melody) Scott, Michelle (Greg) Shippos, Justin Scott, Danielle Dinsmore, Kathryn Dinsmore, Emily (Ian) Spafford, Abbey Stamp, Konner and Kamden Hulbert, Addison Alexander, Cierra (Travis) Wardwell, David, Hannah and Colten Chapman, as well as many, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Dottie was predeceased in death by her parents Charles and Edna Frisbee, and her loving husband Charles R Hulbert.

A memorial service will be announced at a future date.
