Dorothy “Dottie” Stilson McKay, 93, widow of William E. McKay and retired supervisor of the Tompkins County Department of Motor Vehicles, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 17, 2021 at her residence in Ithaca. She was born in Ithaca, daughter of the late Raymond and Ada White Stilson.
Dottie is survived by her daughters, Nancy (Joe) Joch and Pat (Dick) Dunn; her grandchildren, Michele Higgins, Brian T. Morgan and Mariesa D. (Vincent) Powell and her great grandchildren, Braden T. Morgan and Mila J. Powell.
A private family service will be held at the Bangs Funeral Home with burial to follow at the Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Dottie’s memory may be directed to Hospicare, 172 E. King Rd., Ithaca, NY 14850.
