Edward was pre-deceased by his father David Sumeriski, his mother Patricia Baker, aunt Penny Varner; uncles: David Miller , Jimmy Miller (lifelong partner Susan Craig ) and Rob Miller (lifelong partner Barbra Fredenburg ) . Also pre-deceased by cousins Jeffery Varner, Jr. and Michael Anderson Jr..

He is survived by his step father Roy J. Baker, sister: Melissa A. Miller ( nephews: Payton M-J Baker and William B-I Baker , niece: Samantha DM Bradford & nephew in law Jerry A. Bradford, Jr. and his great-niece Cindera GM Baker and great nephew Damon E. Baker -Bradford, his niece Ashley N Baker and nephew-in-law: Jesse Hemingway ) , His brother, Tommy Sumeriski , uncle, Jeff Varner; cousins: Kristina J Varner and Maddison Mcfall , Amanda N. Anderson & children Ben & Lulu , as well as his uncle Michael J Anderson, Sr.

A period of visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, from 2-3pm, with a service to follow at 3pm, at Bangs Funeral Home.
