Frederick Rowley, 80, of Ridgedale Rd., Ithaca, NY died Monday, December 26, 2016 at the Cayuga Medical Center. He was born Buffalo, NY son of the late Frederick and Catharine Willoughby.
Fred was an accomplished photographer and photographic artist. His works have been displayed from New York City galleries to the State of The Art Gallery in Ithaca. He is survived by his beloved wife, Gudrun.
There will no public services.
