Gerald Theodore "Jerry" Bennett

Gerald Theodore "Jerry" Bennett, 62, of Interlaken and formerly of Cortland, passed away on Wednesday, July 01, 2015 at the Cayuga Medical Center following a valiant battle with cancer.

Jerry is survived by his son, Chad Carmer; his daughter, Jerri Ann Dow; his loving companion, Donna Kowalski and his grandchildren, Jasmine and Tanner. He is also survived by his sisters, Jean and Leitha; his brother, Alton, Jr.; brother-in-law, Glenn and numerous nieces and nephews. Jerry was predeceased by his parents, Alton and Rita Mae Bennett; his daughter, Heather; grandson, Landon an former companion, Brenda Carmer.

In keeping with Jerry's wishes there will be no public services.
