John W. "Jake" Ryan, 79, died Wednesday, August 29, 2012 after a year long illness.
Family and friends are invited to a celebration service which will be held on Monday, September 3, 2012 at 11 a.m. at the Foundation of Light, 391 Turkey Hill Rd., Ithaca. Interment which is private will be held at Greensprings. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jake's memory may be directed to Hospicare, 172 E. King Rd., Ithaca, NY 14850. Bangs Funeral Home is assisting the family.
