Lisa Banfield Besemer, of Windemere, Florida passed away peacefully on Friday, February 24 th ,
surrounding by her loving family. Lisa is survived by her husband of 31 years, Joel Besemer, her devoted
daughter Casey, her parents David and Mary Lee Banfield, sisters Kristin McCartney, Bridget and John
Duthie, nieces Colby, Maura, Shea, Lauren, Caroline, and nephews Connor (Shannon), Devin and Jack. As
per Lisa’s request, services will be private. In lieu of flowers please send donations in Lisa’s memory to
Hospicare of Ithaca, 172 E. King Road Ithaca.
