Marie Jeanne Martin

Marie Jeanne Martin, 83, passed away on Friday, February 12, 2016 in Ithaca, NY where she had been living for the past 20 years. She was born in Lewiston, ME, daughter of the late Adelard and Marie St Pierre. She was retired from the Napier Company in Meriden, CT and was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church.

Marie is survived by her husband of 59 years, Gaetan Martin; her daughter, Diane (William) Brooks; her sons, Jean (Sundy) Martin and Maurice Martin and her four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Claire Pinette and brother, Wilfred (Yvonne) St. Pierre.

Private services will be held in the spring. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Immaculate Conception Church, 113 N. Geneva St., Ithaca, NY 14850. Bangs Funeral Home is assisting the family.
