ITHACA – Phan Sy, 76, of Ithaca, passed away on Monday, April 15, 2019, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on April 13, 1943 in Cambodia.
Phan is survived by her four children, Sophal Oung, Vannara Oung, Sopheap Oung, Lina Oung; 14 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
Friends may call from 9 am until the funeral service at 9:30 am on Friday, April 19, 2019 at The First Presbyterian Church of Ithaca, NY, 315 N. Cayuga Street, Ithaca, NY 14850. Burial will follow in Willow Glen Cemetery in Dryden, NY.
