Richard W. "Dick" Clapp, 85, died Saturday, June 29, 2019 at the Cayuga Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 03, 2019 at 2 pm at the First Presbyterian Church with a reception immediately following at Kelly's Dockside Café. A complete obituary will follow.
