Richard J. Joseph Jr. , 73, of Ithaca passed away unexpectedly June 14, 2021. Richard was born on March 22, 1948 in Ithaca the son of the late Richard and Ada Flynn Joseph. He worked construction for a number of years for the Laborers Local. Richard was survived by his children Kimberly, Richard, and Nicholas, and his sister Cheryl O. Beach. Services will be at the convenience of the family.
