Ronald Farber

Ronald Farber (MS, Asian Studies, University of Michigan), beloved husband of Linda Nowak
died suddenly on February 19th at age 73. Those who knew Ron recognized him as a mensch
and a true friend. Son of the late Alexander Farber and Dorothy (nee Skopitz) Ron is survived by
his wife and his cousins Donna Berger, Beverly Fish and Macy Skopitz. Ron was a romantic at
heart with great love for music and cinema. Struck by wander-lust at a young age he learned
eight languages and traveled four continents exploring their cultures and befriending their
denizens. A celebration of his life is planned for late June.
